Seeking a lateral partner to join a major national firm’s West Palm Beach office to lead and expand a mixed finance and patent-litigation practice. The role will combine high-value finance matters with complex patent litigation work, managing senior associates and collaborating with cross-practice teams.

Ideal for an experienced rainmaker: the position emphasizes business development, relationship management and ownership of a portable practice. You will be expected to steward client relationships, win new mandates and provide visible leadership within the office and broader practice group.

Partner-level experience in patent litigation and finance-related matters, with track record of leading matters to resolution.
Proven ability to originate or materially grow business and manage client relationships (portable book of business desirable).
Experienced manager of teams and cross-practice collaborations; strong business development skills.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and clear ability to practice in Florida.
