Senior partner hire to lead and grow finance and real estate work from the Muscat office of a leading international law firm. The role combines transactional finance, investment management and real estate (including hospitality assets) for regional and cross‑border clients.

Ideal candidate will have substantial partner‑level experience, a proven record of originating and managing client relationships, and comfort working on matters with international law firm coordination. A portable practice / book of business is expected.

Billing rates and commercial terms are market standard; international firm experience is strongly preferred.

Established partner with substantial experience in finance and real estate transactions, including investment management and hospitality assets.
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; portable business expected.
Experience working with international law firms and leading cross‑border matters preferred.
Ability to lead teams, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development efforts.
