Apply in confidence →Senior partner hire sought to lead and grow a finance regulatory practice in the firm’s Paris office, with a particular focus on regulatory aspects of structured finance. The role involves advising banks, issuers and other financial institutions on regulatory compliance, transaction structuring and cross-border regulatory issues.
The partner will lead deal teams, mentor junior lawyers and work closely with colleagues across jurisdictions to deliver integrated solutions for complex finance matters. There is an expectation of bringing and developing a portable practice to complement the firm’s existing capabilities.
- Significant partner-level experience in finance regulatory work, with demonstrable experience on structured finance matters.
- Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; demonstrable portable practice or book of business required.
- Track record of leading teams and managing high-value, cross-border mandates.
- Admission to practise in France or equivalent qualifications preferred; comfort working with cross-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks.
