International law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its finance regulatory capability in Paris, with a particular focus on structured finance and related regulatory matters. The role will involve advising financial institutions, sponsors and other market participants on regulatory compliance, product structuring and regulatory risk management.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business in the French market and work closely with cross-border teams across the firm. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business will be required.

Proven partner-level experience advising on finance regulatory matters, especially structured finance.
Track record of leading client relationships and originating business in France and/or for French-market clients.
Demonstrable portable practice or book of business.
Strong leadership, team collaboration and commercial development skills; fluency in French and English preferred.
