Lateral Partner — Finance, Structured Finance & Patent Litigation, Garden City (Long Island)

Experienced partner sought for a multi-practice role in the Long Island (Garden City) office of a leading international law firm. The role sits across finance (including leveraged and structured finance) and patent litigation, supporting sophisticated commercial lending and intellectual property disputes.

The position offers a chance to lead matters, manage and grow a portable practice, and work with cross-discipline teams on complex transactions and contested IP matters. The team is looking for a partner who can bring client relationships and drive business development locally and regionally.

• Established partner-level experience in leveraged/structured finance and/or patent litigation
• Proven record of originating and managing client engagements; portable business strongly preferred
• Admission to the New York bar (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong litigation and/or transactional leadership, mentoring, and business development skills
