Leading international law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to strengthen and grow its financial regulatory offering in Brussels. The role sits in a cross-border practice advising financial institutions and corporates on regulatory matters related to finance.

The partner will lead matters, develop client relationships, and collaborate with teams across jurisdictions. The team is looking for an experienced regulatory counsel who can expand the practice and take a visible client-facing role.

Established partner-level experience in financial regulatory work (EU/Belgium focus preferred)
Proven track record of client development and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience managing and mentoring lawyers and leading cross-border matters
Admission or eligibility to practise in Belgium or ability to advise from Brussels
