Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to head its Compliance & Regulatory practice in Brussels. The role focuses on advising corporate clients and financial institutions on EU and cross-border regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters.

The successful candidate will develop and grow a regulatory practice, work on complex cross-border matters with other offices, and play a visible business-development and team-building role within the Brussels office.

Established partner-level experience advising on regulatory and compliance matters at EU and cross-border level.
Proven client development skills and a portable practice or book of business appropriate for a partner role.
Track record of managing matters and leading teams in a law firm or equivalent environment.
Strong drafting, strategic advisory and stakeholder-management abilities.
