The team advises investment managers, sponsors and investors on fund establishment and related regulatory and transactional issues. This is a visible role with client-facing responsibilities and internal leadership of deal teams.

Significant partner-level experience in fund formation and related structuring work.
Proven track record of originating and leading transactions for investment managers, sponsors or institutional investors.
