Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Government & Public law practice with a strong compliance and regulatory offering in the Hamburg office. The role combines client-facing advisory work on public law and government contracts with strategic compliance counseling for corporate and public-sector clients.

The successful candidate will build and manage a team, take responsibility for client development and cross-practice collaboration, and work closely with transactional and regulatory colleagues across the firm’s network. A portable practice/track record of client origination is welcome.

Qualified attorney admitted to practice in Germany with substantial partner-level experience in government/public law and compliance/regulatory matters
Proven track record of client development and managing a book of business (portable practice welcome)
Experience advising on government contracts, public procurement or related regulatory frameworks
Leadership experience — team management and cross-practice collaboration
Fluent German and strong English for client-facing work
