Senior partner-level hire to lead and grow a Government & Public and Compliance & Regulatory practice for a well-established German law firm’s Dusseldorf office. The role is client-facing, high-profile and involves advising public-sector bodies, regulated entities and bidders on government contracts and related regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for originating and managing mandates, developing a team and strengthening the firm’s market position in public procurement, government relations and regulatory compliance. A portable practice and demonstrable business development capability are welcome.

Established partner-level experience in government/public law, public procurement or government contracts and regulatory compliance.
Proven track record of originating and leading mandates and developing client relationships; portable client base welcomed.
Admitted to practise in Germany (or equivalent German-law qualification) with strong knowledge of German public procurement and administrative law.
Fluency in German and professional English; strong leadership and team-building skills.
