Seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a national law firm’s Austin office to lead and grow a healthcare litigation practice. The role focuses on False Claims Act (FCA) defense and managed-care disputes, together with related business litigation matters.

Work will also involve technology-driven disputes arising from AI, cybersecurity incidents, and cryptocurrency matters. The position combines hands-on litigation and trial work with client development and team leadership.

Established partner-level track record in healthcare litigation, including FCA defense and managed-care matters.
Substantial experience with complex business litigation, including matters involving AI, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency.
Proven client-development ability and readiness to grow a portable practice or book of business.
Willingness to be based in and active in the Austin market and to lead and mentor junior litigators.
