Seeking a partner to lead and expand a litigation practice in Houston focused on healthcare disputes and related business litigation. The role emphasizes False Claims Act (FCA) defense, managed-care matters, and complex commercial litigation.

The team also handles emerging-technology disputes, including cybersecurity, AI-related claims and cryptocurrency-related litigation. The partner will manage significant matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work with national teams on cross-jurisdictional issues.

Firm seeks a commercially minded trial lawyer with a demonstrated ability to develop client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrated book development success is welcomed.

Established partner-level litigation experience, with substantive experience in healthcare litigation and FCA defense.
Experience handling complex commercial disputes, including cybersecurity, AI or cryptocurrency-related matters.
Proven track record of client development and ability to grow a portable practice or originate new matters.
Admission to relevant state bars or eligibility to admit in Texas through reciprocity or motion where applicable.
