Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles litigation team focusing on healthcare matters and complex business disputes. The role emphasizes healthcare litigation, including False Claims Act defense and managed-care disputes, alongside cross-cutting technology-related commercial litigation involving AI, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency issues.

The partner will work on high-stakes, often multi-jurisdictional matters and collaborate with a national practice of litigators and subject-matter specialists. This is an opportunity to grow a litigation platform in a major West Coast market while leveraging firm resources for client development and case management.

Candidates with an established litigation practice and experience handling FCA matters, managed-care disputes, or technology-enabled commercial litigation are encouraged to apply. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to develop client relationships will be viewed favorably.

Established partner-level litigation experience, preferably with a focus on healthcare litigation and FCA defense.
Track record in complex commercial litigation; trial experience or significant motion practice preferred.
Experience handling technology-related disputes (cybersecurity, AI, or cryptocurrency) a plus.
Admission to the California bar or ability to obtain; demonstrated business development skills and, ideally, a portable practice.
