The role emphasizes defense-side work including False Claims Act (FCA) matters, managed care litigation, and complex commercial cases involving AI, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency issues.

The partner will handle courtroom and pre-trial litigation tasks, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national practice groups. A portable practice or the ability to develop new business in healthcare litigation and technology disputes is welcomed.

Established partner with substantial litigation experience in healthcare and business disputes.
Experience defending False Claims Act matters and/or managed care litigation preferred.
Track record in technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency) a plus.
Strong courtroom and client-management skills; ability to mentor associates and contribute to business development. Portable book of business or demonstrable origination capability welcome.
