Juris Doctor and active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
Established experience advising healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory and transactional matters.
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience mentoring associates and collaborating cross-practice.
