Experienced healthcare regulatory partner sought to join a national practice with deep healthcare, life‑sciences and transactional capabilities. The role will focus on counseling healthcare providers, payors and life‑science companies on regulatory compliance, transactions and risk management.

This is an opportunity to lead and expand a market-facing practice from the Albany office, working on multi-jurisdictional matters and coordinating with colleagues across the firm. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is welcome.

Established partner with significant experience in healthcare regulatory work and related transactional matters.
Track record advising healthcare providers, life‑sciences clients or payors on compliance, enforcement and regulatory risk.
Proven business development/origination ability — portable book of business preferred.
Admissions and experience handling multi‑state matters; ability to work collaboratively across a national platform.
