Lateral Partner — Healthcare, Compliance & Corporate (Sacramento)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established practice group in Sacramento focused on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters. The role will handle licensing, regulatory compliance, and cross-practice transactions for healthcare clients, working closely with colleagues across compliance and corporate teams.

The partner will lead engagements, manage teams, and drive client relationships. This is a visible role that combines regulatory counseling and transactional execution; candidates with a portable client base or demonstrable origination history are encouraged to apply.

• Active bar admission and substantial experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.
• Proven history leading engagements and managing teams on licensing, compliance, and transactional work.
• Strong client development and relationship management skills; portable practice or evidence of origination materially preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across compliance, regulatory and corporate teams in a cross-practice environment.
