The successful candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams on regulatory risk, licensure, and transactional matters for healthcare clients. This is an opportunity to develop a regional practice within an established platform while collaborating across compliance, corporate and regulatory specialists.

Established partner with significant healthcare regulatory and compliance experience.
Transaction experience (acquisitions, joint ventures or similar healthcare deals) and familiarity with licensure/regulatory approvals.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and with client teams.
Demonstrable business development capability; portable client relationships or a track record of originating matters preferred.
