Senior hire sought to lead and grow a Healthcare Compliance & Regulatory practice from the firm's Long Island (Melville) office. The role blends counseling on regulatory matters with transactional life-sciences work and client-facing compliance programs.

Ideal candidates will have a strong track record advising health‑care providers, payors or life‑sciences companies on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters. Practice development responsibility and the ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers are central to the role.

Established partner with a proven healthcare and regulatory practice; life‑sciences and transactional experience preferred.
Demonstrable business development skills and experience building or expanding a regional practice; portable book of business preferred.
Ability to supervise and develop junior lawyers and to manage multidisciplinary engagements.
Bar admission in New York required; experience advising on matters involving other U.S. jurisdictions (e.g., California, Texas) is a plus.
