Leading national law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join its Los Angeles healthcare and life sciences regulatory team. The role will combine transactional work with regulatory counseling, enforcement defense, and compliance program design across healthcare and life-sciences clients.

We are looking for a senior lawyer who can grow a portable practice, supervise associates, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates with California experience and familiarity with Texas regulatory matters are especially welcome.

Partner-level experience in healthcare and life-sciences regulatory matters.
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice is valued.
Experience advising on compliance programs, regulatory investigations, and healthcare transactions.
Active admission to the California bar; experience addressing Texas regulatory issues preferred.
Strong team leadership and business development skills.
