Leading national litigation practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its securities enforcement and litigation team in Los Angeles. The role involves leading high‑profile securities disputes, regulatory defense matters, and complex civil litigation across federal and state forums.

The team offers significant client-facing responsibility, co‑leading major matters with senior trial lawyers and developing business within the securities enforcement space. Candidates should be prepared to bring and grow a portable practice.

Established partner with significant securities enforcement or securities litigation experience.
Proven trial and/or regulatory advocacy record (investigations, enforcement, complex civil litigation).
Demonstrated client development ability and readiness to bring a portable practice.
Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) and JD from an accredited law school.
