Seeking a partner to join a well-established US law firm’s Life Sciences & Technology practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on advising clients across technology and healthcare/life sciences matters, including transactional work and strategic counseling.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer with a demonstrable track record of originating and leading client engagements, capable of growing a West Coast practice and working collaboratively with national and international teams.

Established partner-level experience in life sciences and technology matters (transactions, licensing, commercial agreements, or regulatory counseling).
Portable practice / demonstrable book of business and a clear plan for business development.
Strong leadership skills, client-management experience, and ability to work with cross-border teams.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in California.
