Lateral Partner, Litigation & Technology — Los Angeles

Seeking a partner to join a busy litigation practice with a strong technology and privacy focus. The role will lead significant litigation matters, develop strategy for complex class actions and privacy/data-protection disputes, and work with multidisciplinary teams across practice lines.

The team represents clients across technology, consumer, and B2B sectors. The partner will take a leading role in originating and managing matters, mentoring associates, and expanding client relationships in the Los Angeles market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience with class actions and privacy/data-protection matters
• Track record of origination and client relationship development in the technology or consumer sectors
• Bar admission in California and substantial courtroom or high-stakes litigation experience
