Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Intellectual Property and Technology practice in Los Angeles. The role will focus on IP-driven matters across technology, telecommunications and life sciences clients, including counseling, transactions and contentious work.

The position offers a platform to lead client engagements, develop and cross-sell services with other practice groups, and grow a regional practice. Candidates with an established portable practice or who can demonstrate strong client origination and business development success are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in intellectual property and technology matters, preferably with experience in telecom and/or life sciences sectors
Track record of client origination, relationship management and business development at the partner level
Experience handling counseling, licensing/transactional work and IP-related disputes
Active California bar admission or eligibility to be admitted
Strong collaborative skills to work across practice groups and offices
