Lateral Partner — IP Litigation, Los Angeles

Established U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its intellectual property litigation practice in Los Angeles. The role will focus on managing high-stakes patent and other IP disputes, directing case strategy, and supervising associates and litigation teams.

• Admission to the relevant state bar and active litigation practice in the U.S.
• Proven experience handling complex IP litigation matters, including patent cases and other high-value disputes.
• Track record of leading teams and managing litigation matters from motion practice through trial.
• Demonstrable business development experience and an existing portable practice/book of business.
• Strong client management, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
