Top-tier US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles litigation practice with a focus on technology-related disputes. The role will involve leading high-stakes commercial and class action litigation, and advising on privacy and data-protection issues arising from technology products and services.

The successful candidate will join an established regional litigation team and work closely with cross-practice groups on complex, high-value matters. This is an opportunity to develop and grow a technology-focused disputes practice within a full-service firm platform.

Established partner with a demonstrable track record in commercial and technology-related litigation.
Substantial experience handling class actions and privacy/data-protection disputes.
Proven trial and/or appellate experience preferred; strong client-development and relationship skills.
Ability to bring or build a portable practice is desirable.
