Lateral Partner — Healthcare Compliance & Regulatory — Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and help grow its healthcare compliance and regulatory practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on counseling healthcare and life‑sciences clients on regulatory matters, enforcement risk, compliance programs, and regulatory aspects of transactions.

The successful candidate will have a partner track record of client development and team leadership, and will work across policy, enforcement and transactional matters. Candidates with experience on matters involving California and Texas regulatory regimes are particularly welcome.

A portable practice or demonstrated ability to bring and expand client relationships in the healthcare/regulatory space is a plus.

• Established partner-level experience advising healthcare and life‑sciences clients on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Track record of client development and leading deal or regulatory teams; portable practice preferred.
• Experience with enforcement, licensing, reimbursement, FDA or state regulatory issues.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdictions or able to obtain admission; familiarity with California and Texas regulatory landscapes helpful.
