Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco team to lead and grow healthcare-focused regulatory and transactional work. The role will involve advising on healthcare licensing, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions across industry and practice groups.

This is a cross-practice position that collaborates with corporate and regulatory colleagues; you will work on both counseling and deal-oriented matters and help develop a broader healthcare offering in the market. Candidates with an existing portable practice or business development capacity in healthcare/regulatory matters are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory and licensing matters, with transactional experience preferred.
Track record of originating or leading client matters and business development for a portable or developed practice.
Strong collaboration skills to work across corporate and compliance teams.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California admission preferred or ability to seek admission).
