Senior hire sought to lead and grow a healthcare regulatory and life‑sciences practice in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. The role combines regulatory counseling, transactional work and client-facing matters across healthcare providers, payors and life‑sciences companies.

The team advises on regulatory compliance, enforcement risk, reimbursement and transactional regulatory issues. The firm is looking for a partner who can advise on complex federal and state healthcare rules and who will help expand the practice nationally.

Candidates with experience working on matters involving California and Texas healthcare markets are particularly welcome. The role can accommodate a partner with a portable practice or established client relationships.

Established partner with a demonstrated healthcare regulatory and life‑sciences practice.
Experience handling regulatory counseling, enforcement defense and healthcare‑related transactions.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; open to candidates with a portable practice.
Comfort working on multi‑jurisdictional matters, including state and federal regulatory issues; experience with California and Texas matters is a plus.
