Seeking a partner-level lawyer to lead and grow a Healthcare and Education practice from the firm's Dallas office. The role focuses on counseling health systems, education institutions, and life sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

Open to candidates nationwide; the team values experienced rainmakers who can develop business and mentor junior lawyers. This is a partner hire with responsibility for practice development and client relationship leadership.

Established partner or comparable senior lawyer with a substantial Healthcare and/or Education practice.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading engagements.
Experience advising health systems, education institutions, and life sciences companies on regulatory, compliance and transactional matters.
J.D., active bar admission, and strong leadership and mentoring skills.
