Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Healthcare and Education practice groups in the Jefferson City office. The role will focus on advising institutional clients across healthcare, life sciences and education matters and building on an existing practice.

The team works on regulatory, transactional and counseling matters for industry clients; the firm is open to candidates based elsewhere and will consider partners with a portable practice aligned to the firm's industry groups.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare, life sciences or education law
Established client relationships / portable practice aligned with the industry groups
Demonstrated business development and team leadership skills
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
