The team works across regulatory compliance, licensing, and commercial transactions for clients in the agricultural supply chain. The group is open to candidates nationwide and will consider a partner with an established, portable practice aligned to agriculture or cannabis work.
- Proven partner-level experience in agriculture and/or cannabis law, including regulatory and transactional matters
- Demonstrated client development and practice leadership; portable book of business welcomed
- Strong regulatory, licensing and compliance experience relevant to state and federal agricultural/cannabis frameworks
- Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain admission
