Senior private practice opening for a lateral partner to lead and grow an agriculture-focused practice from the firm's Jefferson City office. The role will have a significant focus on cannabis-related regulatory, transactional and compliance matters within the agriculture sector.

The team works across regulatory compliance, licensing, and commercial transactions for clients in the agricultural supply chain. The group is open to candidates nationwide and will consider a partner with an established, portable practice aligned to agriculture or cannabis work.

Proven partner-level experience in agriculture and/or cannabis law, including regulatory and transactional matters
Demonstrated client development and practice leadership; portable book of business welcomed
Strong regulatory, licensing and compliance experience relevant to state and federal agricultural/cannabis frameworks
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain admission
