Established national law firm seeks a partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Jefferson City. The role will focus on advising clients across energy and environmental matters, including regulatory, transactional and compliance-related work.

The team works with a mix of corporate and government-facing clients and values candidates who can both lead engagements and collaborate across practices. The office is open to candidates based elsewhere and will consider experienced partners with a portable practice that complements the group's industry focus.

Proven partner-level experience focused on energy and/or environmental law
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Demonstrated leadership in matter management and team mentoring
Strong regulatory and transactional experience relevant to energy and environmental matters
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the jurisdiction
