Established partner with substantial experience advising healthcare and/or education clients
Track record on regulatory, transactional or compliance matters in healthcare, life sciences or education
Portable book of business preferred; open to candidates with an aligned portable practice
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to be admitted; strong client-development and leadership skills
