Leading law firm seeking a partner to join its Healthcare and Education practice groups in Madison. The role will focus on advising healthcare providers, life sciences companies and educational institutions on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The team has a broad client base across the region and nationally; the firm is open to candidates based outside Madison and to those with a portable practice. This is an opportunity to lead client development, grow a practice within established industry groups, and work on cross-disciplinary matters.

Established partner-level experience advising healthcare, life sciences or education-sector clients.
Proven client development track record; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business will be considered.
Strong regulatory, transactional and compliance capabilities relevant to healthcare and education clients.
Bar admission in Wisconsin or ability/commitment to obtain admission.
