Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Phoenix office to lead and expand Healthcare and Education-focused practices. The role will involve advising health systems, educational institutions, and life sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

Open to candidates nationwide. The group is interested in partners with a portable practice who can immediately contribute client relationships and business development while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across the firm’s industry groups.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and/or education law, including regulatory and transactional matters.
Demonstrated business development track record and ability to bring or grow client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong judgment on regulatory/compliance issues affecting health systems, life sciences, or educational institutions.
Bar admission in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to work in the United States; willingness to be based in or frequently work from the Phoenix office.
