Top-tier law firm is seeking a lateral partner to expand and lead its Healthcare and Education practices from the Denver office. The role combines industry-focused legal work with client relationship leadership across healthcare, life sciences and education sector matters.

Ideal candidates will have an established practice in healthcare or education law, proven business development ability, and experience managing teams and high-value matters. The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice aligned to these industry groups.

This is a leadership position with significant opportunity to shape strategy and grow client relationships across cross-disciplinary teams.

Partner-level experience advising healthcare, life sciences, and/or education-sector clients
Demonstrated business development history and portable client relationships appropriate for a partner role
Proven experience leading teams and managing complex matters
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to become admitted
