Senior transactional and strategic counsel role focused on healthcare and education clients, based in Springfield with flexibility for nationwide candidates. The role will advise hospitals, health systems, academic institutions and related life-sciences organizations on regulatory, transactional and operational matters.

The firm is seeking a market-facing partner to grow and lead an industry-aligned practice group, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and develop client relationships across the region and nationally. Candidates should be comfortable working on complex cross-practice matters and mentoring junior lawyers.

Proven partner-level experience advising healthcare and/or education sector clients (regulatory, transactional, or operational matters)
Established business development skills and ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable book of business aligned with industry groups is preferred
Track record of leading teams, developing junior lawyers, and working collaboratively across practices
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
