Experienced healthcare partner sought to join a well‑regarded national practice, leading cross‑disciplinary matters in healthcare and life sciences. The role will involve originating and managing client relationships, supervising teams, and shaping strategic growth for the practice.

Work will cover regulatory counseling, commercial transactions, and matters at the intersection of health‑care delivery and life‑sciences clients. The team serves a mix of industry, provider and emerging‑biotech clients; the role requires a commercial mindset and proven ability to execute complex matters and guide junior lawyers.

Position is location‑flexible with an Austin base and will be evaluated on a sliding scale by experience and contribution. A portable practice or demonstrable origination track record will be viewed positively.

Established partner with substantial experience in healthcare and/or life‑sciences matters.
Proven client development and practice origination capabilities; portable business welcome.
Demonstrated experience leading teams on regulatory, transactional or compliance matters relevant to healthcare/life sciences.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and willingness to work on a location‑flexible basis.
