Leading national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice in Austin. The role will support a busy, multidisciplinary practice advising healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and related stakeholders on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team that works on complex matters across the U.S.; the position offers an opportunity to grow a portable practice and play a visible role in client development and team leadership in the region.

Proven partner-track record or established partner with significant healthcare and/or life sciences experience
Comfort advising on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters in the healthcare sector
Demonstrated client-development capability; portable business preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to collaborate across practice groups
