Join a leading US law firm’s Austin office as a partner focused on healthcare and life sciences matters. This role is suited to an established partner who will lead client relationships, advise growth-stage and established life sciences companies, and help expand the practice in the region.

The position offers cross-practice collaboration with transactional, regulatory, and IP teams, and requires a strategic rainmaking focus to grow the local bench. You will mentor and manage associates, work with senior lawyers across offices, and play a central role in client development.

Partner-level experience advising healthcare and life sciences clients (regulatory, transactional, or related matters).
Proven track record of originating or significantly growing client work and business development capability; portable client relationships desirable.
Experience leading teams, supervising associates, and managing client engagements.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer; ability to be based in or relocate to Austin.
