Location is flexible with an expectation of proximity to the Boston market and willingness to engage with clients regionally and nationally. The group supports partner-level portability and evaluates compensation on a sliding scale; competitive partner billing arrangements are available.

Established healthcare and life sciences practice at the partner level
Proven client development and a portable book of business welcomed
Track record leading teams and high-value matters, with strong negotiation and client management skills
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to work on cross-border matters as needed
