Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow its Healthcare and Life Sciences practice from the Boulder office. The role will focus on counseling healthcare providers, payors, and life sciences companies on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters.

The partner will be a client-facing leader responsible for originating and managing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating across practice groups. The team handles a mix of regulatory counseling, commercial transactions, and compliance work for healthcare and life sciences clients.

Established healthcare/life sciences practice with strong regulatory and transactional experience.
Proven client-development ability; portable client relationships or a track record of originating work preferred.
Experience supervising teams and managing client matters from engagement to completion.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
