Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare practice in Boulder, focusing on life sciences clients. The role will involve advising emerging and established healthcare and life sciences companies on strategic transactions, regulatory matters and commercial agreements.

Ideal candidates will have an established partner-level track record and the ability to originate and grow business. The team offers collaboration across transactional, regulatory and IP-focused practices and provides significant client exposure in the life sciences sector.

Partner-level experience advising healthcare and life sciences clients (transactional and/or regulatory focus)
Proven business development ability; portable book of business preferred
Demonstrated team leadership and experience mentoring junior lawyers
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and the ability to work from the Boulder office
