The role emphasizes counseling life sciences companies, advising on commercial/regulatory matters, and supporting growth-stage and established clients across the sector.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences law, with demonstrated client relationship and origination ability
Experience advising biotech, medtech or life sciences clients on commercial, regulatory, or transactional matters
Proven track record of leading teams and contributing to business development
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in California preferred
