Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Chicago healthcare practice focused on healthcare and life sciences matters. The role will advise healthcare providers, payors and life sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The partner will help develop and expand a busy regional practice, collaborate with national teams on cross‑border and multi‑state matters, and mentor junior lawyers. There is an expectation of business development activity and the ability to cultivate client relationships.

Established partner with significant experience in healthcare law and life sciences matters (regulatory, compliance and transactional work).
Proven track record of originating and servicing client work; portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
Strong business development skills and ability to work collaboratively with national teams.
Active bar admission in Illinois or eligibility to transfer; excellent written and oral communication skills.
