Seeking a partner to lead and grow a Healthcare and Life Sciences practice in the Dallas office of a national law firm. The role will handle regulatory counseling, transactional matters, compliance, and commercial work for healthcare providers, life sciences companies and related stakeholders.

Ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of partner-level client development, a portable practice or meaningful client relationships in the sector, and the ability to collaborate across a national platform of practice teams.

The firm offers access to cross-practice resources and institutional support for business development while providing significant autonomy to run and expand the local practice.

Partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law, including regulatory and transactional matters
Proven business development record and relationships in the healthcare or life sciences sector; portable practice preferred
Licensed to practice in Texas (or ability to obtain admission)
Strong client management, team leadership and cross-practice collaboration skills
Experience advising providers, life sciences companies, payors or health systems on compliance, reimbursement, commercial transactions or regulatory risk
