Proven partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences matters.
Demonstrable track record of client development and a portable practice or business-generating ability.
Strong regulatory and transactional experience advising healthcare providers, payors, or life-sciences companies.
Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent); excellent communication and team leadership skills.
