Lead and expand a Healthcare & Life Sciences practice from the firm's Dallas office. This partner role offers a platform to advise hospitals, health systems, life sciences companies and other industry participants on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The team supports a mix of transactional and regulatory work; the firm is seeking an established partner who can originate work, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups to grow regional and national business.

Established partner with a healthcare and/or life sciences practice and experience counseling health systems, providers or life sciences companies.
Comfortable handling regulatory, compliance and transactional matters relevant to the healthcare sector.
Proven business-development capability; a portable practice or demonstrated originations preferred.
Bar admission in Texas or willingness to become admitted.
