Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare practice in Dallas. The role will focus on advising healthcare and life sciences companies on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters across the sector.

The team advises a mix of providers, payors and life sciences clients on complex matters including regulatory counseling, commercial transactions and enforcement risk management. The role offers strong platform support and market-leading colleagues while providing significant client-facing responsibility.

Established partner with a proven Healthcare or Life Sciences practice and demonstrable client relationships.
Experience counseling healthcare providers, payors or life sciences companies on regulatory, transactional and compliance issues.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Texas (or willingness to become admitted).
Track record of originating and growing work; openness to bringing a portable practice or client relationships is welcomed.
